'Easier' Single Release at Pearl Street Warehouse Friday April 6

I'm writing this on the second day of Spring, which has turned D.C. into a long overdue winter wonderland. I love snow and it's been a couple of years since we've gotten a decent one, so better late than never. But the timing is weird because my extroverted brain is pretty much out of hibernation mode and already looking forward to exciting things on the horizon outside these walls. So please indulge me, while I have this calm afternoon, as I let you know about a couple of them.

Thanks to everyone who came to the big show at the Hamilton a couple of weeks back and hello to the many new friends we made! It was an absolute blast and we're glad so many of you got to share it with us!

We're turning our hearts and minds now to a more temperate climate and our first big headlining show of 2018, Friday April 6, at a beautiful new venue, Pearl Street Warehouse (33 Pearl St. SW, DC), in the freshly revamped wharf area of the Southwest Waterfront. We're thrilled to be sharing our first show there with some great friends, Throwing Plates. We have very special stuff planned for the evening, so we'd hate for any of you to miss out. Doors open at 7pm and Throwing Plates' opening set begins at 8:15pm. Get your tickets here now!

But the cool news doesn't stop there! On the day of the show, to celebrate the occasion, we'll be releasing a brand new single, "Easier," from a huge batch of new material we've been writing and recording, once again with Eamonn Aiken at Bastille Recording Studio. Even if you are unable to join us in person on the 6th, you can still enjoy some new TBL music from the comfort of wherever you normally do such things. Stay tuned for more details.

We've got a lot to do in the meantime and I know that I speak for all of my mates when I say that what always keeps us going is the knowledge that we're going to see so many of your friendly faces when we take the stage in a few weeks. So make plans now to be there and perhaps bring along a friend who hasn't seen us before. It's gonna be a great one!

Stay warm and love always,
Ryan
